Understanding Our Credit Pricing System
A transparent look into how credits are calculated for your projects, covering plugin types, capture methods, and running time.

Introduction
At Preveo, we strive for transparency and simplicity in our pricing model. Our credit-based system ensures that you only pay for what you use, whether you're performing a quick photo capture or a complex video mutation. This guide breaks down exactly how points are calculated for your projects.
How Points Are Calculated
Our pricing is based on three main factors: the type of plugin you use, the method of capture, and the duration of the recording.
1. Plugin Types
All plugins use the same default plugin rate.
| Plugin Type | Points per Session |
|---|---|
| All Plugin Types | 5 Points |
2. Capture Methods
Video capture adds a capture cost. Photo capture does not add extra capture points.
| Capture Method | Points |
|---|---|
| Video Capture | 2 Points |
3. Running Time
Running time is charged from the configured default points-per-minute rate, rounded up to the next full minute.
| Time Period | Points |
|---|---|
| Per Minute | 3 Points per minute, rounded up |
Pricing Examples
To help you calculate your needs, here are a few common scenarios:
Scenario A: 45-Second Vision Photo
- Vision Plugin (5) + Photo Capture (0) + 45 Seconds (3) = 8 Points
Scenario B: 3-Minute Default Video
- Default Plugin (5) + Video Capture (2) + 3 Minutes (9) = 16 Points
Scenario C: High-End Accessibility Audit (5 minutes)
- Accessibility Order Plugin (5) + Video Capture (2) + 5 Minutes (15) = 22 Points
